It’s about losing weight with hypnosis and I am pleased that you are interested in this new way. Therefore I would like to introduce briefly in a few minutes, how it works and maybe you have to answer two questions. Because for most people, who are here on this Web page, it is not a quite as familiar topic probably a new way and hypnosis. The approach to hypnosis as a form of weight loss, then, is that starts taking off between the ears. Weight loss begins in the head. The most important thing is that our subconscious has a blueprint of our optimal physical condition, and if we don’t have this optimum physical condition, then it’s not because we are too stupid to do that.

  But, that is in various programmes that sabotage our best physical condition. I know that many people there, the term hypnosis some tremble and a feeling, it is manipulated to something there that you don’t want. In Miss Marple movies, or generally as films it shows like this. But I might prefer to compare it: it has to do so much as for example in a James Bond film people who are shot are not dead in reality now with the reality. It’s just a movie that has nothing to do with reality.
